This past week we officially began scheduling Performance Physical Therapy sessions with Dr. Brent and Dr. Anjelica, as well as booking swim safety or instruction in private and partner sessions.

Our Performance Physical Therapy is a pay-as-go service that helps Orthopedic Musculoskeletal Conditions such as tennis elbow, arthritis, tendonitis, sciatica, sprains, strains, and more. Also, Dr. Anjelica specialized in Pelvic Health. Pelvic health can be categorized into 3 areas: Pelvic Floor (urinary leakage, tailbone pain, menstrual discomfort, painful sex), Pregnancy (low back pain, core strengthening, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary leakage/frequency, and sacroiliac joint pain), and Postpartum (Pubic bone pain, low back pain, cesarean scar management, return to sex and exercise, core strengthening).
