A huge congratulations to The Oaks Club TEAM! When applying for this, I was trying to gauge where we are to determine where we want to go and how we get there. To my delightful surprise, we entered the Top 25. When I submitted my "Why The Oaks Club deserved to be in the top-ranked," it was easy! Why not?!

3 Exercises to help sit down easier!

  1. Wall Calf Stretch
  2. 1 Leg step down (my personal favorite for many reasons)
  3. Glute Bridges – hold and squeeze, do not just go fast and count the reps. 15 reps of glute bridges should take at least 50 seconds to complete
