Carin is a fitness professional who loves helping people fall in love with fitness and realize their full fitness potential. Whether it’s 1:1, small group training, or a group fitness class, she enjoys combining elements from various disciplines to deliver fun, effective workouts.
With almost 20 years in the fitness industry, Carin is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition. |

To complement her personal training, she teaches Yoga, Barre, Pilates mat & reformer, indoor cycling, TRX suspension training, and hula hoop dance. Carin is also a meditation coach and Reiki master. |
