Weight machine use: For your own safety, please remember to not slam weights or move at a “fast” pace. The weight machines are meant to be used in a full range of motion, slowly. We would love to give you a complimentary introduction and coaching to safely achieve the result you desire. |

Coming early this fall, we will be adding to our class schedule. We are in the development of educational series, such as an 8-week Beginner Yoga Course and an 8-week Introduction to Weight Lifting. We are working hard to hear from you all as to what your needs are, and the consensus is more innovative programs that reach all skill levels. So, that is exactly what we are doing! |

WellFit Dress Code
Acceptable Attire: Appropriate athletic t-shirts, shorts/pants, and closed-toe shoes are required (with an exception for stretching/yoga/activities allowing for stocking or bare feet). |

Unacceptable Attire: Denim, open-toe shoes such as sandals or slides, shirts that do not cover the entirety of the torso, sports bras, or midriff tops are not acceptable. |
