It’s almost guaranteed that a transformation will take you longer than you expect it to.
What you really need to know is that fat loss and fat gain are both dependent on energy balance. You don’t have excess pounds of a positive energy balance to cause a fat gain in a few short days, so we need to stop expecting to lose it that fast.
The entire process, gain or lose, is scientifically pretty slow. But it is worth it. |

Do you have a hard time hip-hinging? Do you know what hip hinging is and how to do it properly? If you do have a hard time or do not know how, you’re more likely to lose your posture in your swing, and could also be opening yourself up to low back injuries. |

What - “When Breath Becomes Air” by Paul Kalanithi
Why - We all face battles and ask questions. I love hearing people’s stories, thoughts, successes, and failures. This is not your typical relaxing, beach read, but I can’t recommend it enough.
