WellFit Fitness Orientation

Members are welcome to schedule a complimentary Fitness Orientation session with a WellFit Center team member. Although the orientation is not a personal training session, it:

    » takes about 20-30 minutes
    » provides basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment
    » shows Members how to change settings on cardio machines
    » shows Members how to change seat height and weight selection on pre-selected machines

Members will leave having the knowledge of a basic exercise program that they can implement properly.

Class Descriptions

This class provides an excellent outlet to tone muscles using the water’s resistance, as well as a great cardio workout! Using a variety of aerobic techniques, exercises and pool weights, you will get a head to toe workout in a low impact, high energy, fun environment. 

Each week you will focus on one muscle group to maximize your power and strength to reach your goals!

Circuit training is one of the most effective types of interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet effective exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for. 

 A non-impact chair based workout that includes exercises to improve muscular strength, agility, balance and flexibility.

Ideal for beginners and those who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals, so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced. This class is ideal for all fitness abilities, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness.

A beautiful introduction to the practice of Yoga. Centered on gentle movement, awareness of breath, and stretching, this practice integrates posture to support the release of endorphins & to help reduce stress.  This class is ideal for all fitness abilities, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness.

Wanting to feel like an athlete?  Hop in the water for a calorie scorching burn, but keeping it easy on your joints!  Strengthen your muscles with this high energy workout!

A high energy class with great music and motivating Instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints while burning calories all the way! 

Looking for dynamic moves, balance, coordination and cardio endurance?  This challenging class only requires kettlebells!

It’s a conditioning fitness class that focuses on body alignment and breathing. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups: abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and gluteals.

TRX Class uses your body weight in functional movements meant to improve your flexibility, mobility, endurance, and strength using suspension training.
(Vinyasa) Yoga classes are for our intermediate and experienced yogis. These classes can move rapidly or slowly, and the poses are linked together by breath.

A Dynamic and balanced class that connects breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures. Modifications and adjustments are offered so that beginner to intermediate students feel supported and challenged. Each class is designed using specific sequences, eclectic music and spiritual themes to inspire new levels of growth, awareness, and discovery.
