Clubside Security Gate Procedures

  • You need a transponder for each car that will be using the Resident entrance.  Each transponder is $20.  Please bring your registration and the vehicle to the administrative offices Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 
  • Clubside and Bayside new residents will need to complete their vendor and visitors information through gateaccess.net. For more go to the Gate Entry Procedures tab.
  • Non-Clubside residents must call Clubside security each time they have a guest meeting them at the Clubside amenities
  • If there are any changes in your local phone numbers, e-mail addresses, please update in gateaccess.net and notify communications@theoaksclub.com.
  • If you acquire a new car bring your registration and vehicle to the administrative offices to obtain an additional transponder for $20, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 
  • If you receive a new license plate for an existing car, bring the registration into the administrative offices for updating of your records.  There will be no need to issue a new transponder.
  • The issuance of transponders is subject to the Oaks Clubside Homeowner Regulations.
  • Transponders can be deactivated if the Member  or Associate violates certain Homeowner Regulations. Transponders will be deactivated after 18 consecutive months of non-use.
  • Speeds in excess of 25 mph, running stop signs, and unauthorized parking are conditions that can cause transponders to be deactivated.
With GateAccess.NET, you can add permanent guests, one-time guests, contractors, repair services, and much more using your computer, iPad/tablet, or any smartphone to access the system.

Login Instructions
Enter the Community Code – scroll down the Community Code list for your community-
  • OCS – Oaks Clubside
  • OBS – Oaks Bayside
  • OPR – Oaks Preserve
Your Username is the primary phone number the Club has on file (enter as ten digits with no dashes).

Your Password/Pin is your Member number followed by a zero.
If these credentials do not give you access, please contact the Club’s Administration office at 941.966.2161 to confirm the information on file for you.

Once logged in, you will see various tabs and the tab labeled Log-in Information will allow you to manage your own access page to GateAccess.NET, and to change your Username and Password (optional).

Large Gator Removal

 
If you spot a gator and feel that it is a nuisance please call the FWC hotline. This will initiate a reference number and the Club would need to grant permission to FWC if it’s on Club property. It is important to note that reported gators will not be relocated, they will be harvested.
