Good Morning Members!
I hope you have finished your pushups and have your warm cup of coffee ready as we introduce Round 2 of the Saturday Staff Spotlight series!
As we push forward to become my vision of a "results-focused" facility, I have set the bar high for our coaches so that we can meet and exceed the expectations of our Members. We must be able to educate and motivate Members, with the heart of a teacher. Our next instructor not only fits the mold, but is the mold.
I am honored to introduce…
KELLY!
Inside or outside, stretching or circuit training, Kelly's passion for PEOPLE is what stands out the most to me personally.
Last week's "2 truths and a lie" was a hit, so let us test your guessing once again. Here we go…
- As a native Floridian, she opened her own fitness studio in South Carolina after college.
- She has been to The Great Wall and is an avid traveler.
- In 1985, she danced in one of the first Music Videos produced by Philip Michael Thomas from the hit show Miami Vice.
Have you chosen your answer?
Kelly is a native Floridian hailing from Miami. Kelly is happily married with three amazing sons. Not only is she a Personal Trainer, Stretch, and Circuit Training instructor for us here at The Oaks Club, she is also a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach coaching hundreds of people by working with corporations, insurance companies, and private individuals. She believes in coaching individuals utilizing her L.E.A.N. philosophy of Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition.
Kelly loves to travel and has been to The Great Wall! She enjoys skiing, creating healthy meals, and helping people succeed. She also danced in one of the first Music Videos produced by Philip Michael Thomas in 1985 from the hit show Miami Vice! (awesome!)
Her passion for health and wellness began in high school during her first job at a Racquet Club, and there she developed her love for teaching group fitness. After college, she opened her fitness studio here in Florida, where her motto was, "A dedication to fitness is a way of life!". Her desire to inspire wellness evolved beyond how we move our bodies, and she began to take a holistic approach to health.
Kelly has a team-focused, member-care approach that creates an innovative, inclusive, and fun environment for all Members and co-workers. We are lucky to have her here at The Oaks Club, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds.
